David Strempel

David Strempel has worked for and advised some of the world’s leading multinationals both in Europe and the United States and has a long history of experience with small & medium-sized capital transactions. Before founding Strempel & Partners, the predecessor firm to Translink Strempel & Company, he was Co-owner and Managing Director of Informed Sources Ltd., a high-level corporate strategy firm sold in 2002 to Mercer Management Consulting (part of the Marsh & McLennan Group). He joined Informed Sources from America Online (AOL) in the UK where he was head of finance and operations. Prior to AOL, he worked five years for Bertelsmann during which time he helped launch and run BMG’s video games division (later merged with Take 2 Interactive) and was head of strategy for BMG International. David is a qualified accountant (CPA) and began his career in 1982 with KPMG in Frankfurt. He later joined Price Waterhouse working as a Manager both in their Milan and New York offices. Following Price Waterhouse, he joined AWT, Inc. (Veolia Environnement) as Group Controller. He is able to conduct business in his native English, Italian and German.



Gianni Laudato

Gianni Laudato is a senior executive with a history of high profile positions as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director in multinational industrial groups; examples of his executive positions include: International Finance Manager at GTE Telecommunications SpA, operating in the telecom sector in Italy and abroad, with 6.500 employees; Chief Financial Officer at Ercole Marelli SpA, a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, operating in the electro-mechanical and energy sectors; Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Managing Director of the Italian operating companies at Schiapparelli SpA, a holding company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and operating in the pharmaceutics, cosmetics, diagnostics, biotech and food & beverage industries. At Schiapparelli, Gianni spent 25 years, managing important acquisitions, joint-ventures, divestitures in Italy and abroad, equity and debt operations on listed companies, financial and industrial restructurings. In recent years Gianni founded S.I.L.V.A. SpA (Managing Director, owning 33% of the shares), a company operating in the high end Beverage/Spirits industry; acted as a Strategic consultant in the Beverage industry; joined MIT.FIN SpA (M&A and Corporate Finance advisory house) in late 2007 as Senior Executive Advisor. Since March 2010, Gianni is Senior Partner at Strempel & Company. Gianni can conduct his work in Italian, English and French.



Alberto Parisi Presicce

Alberto Parisi Presicce is a finance professional with extensive international equity experience with private as well as public companies and has advised several SMEs with their IPOs on the London market. Alberto began his career as an Equity Analyst for ABN Amro in London, where he was part of the Pan-European Transport Equity Research Team. In 2003 he joined Market Capital, an Anglo-Italian investment banking boutique in Milan, where he advanced to the position of Head of Corporate Finance and followed several transactions, from advisory for IPOs (including the first ever IPO of an Italian company in London), private placements, LBOs and M&A transactions. Alberto graduated with Distinction in Political Science from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome in 1998. He gained an MSc in Finance with Distinction from Cass Business School in London in 2000. Alberto is qualified as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and is a member of the Italian CFA Society. Alberto is fluent in both English and his native Italian.



Mauro Bussotti

Mauro Bussotti has developed his career within the Investment Banking sector. He has particularly focused on Structured Finance, Equity and Debt Capital Markets and on M&A advisory. He has been a Senior Executive in several Italian and international banking groups to finally concentrate on advisory activity. Mauro has been the Credit Officer for Banca di Roma's London branch and Deputy Representative for their New York office; Credit Manager and Investment Banking Officer for Italian Financial Institutions in Citibank; Head of Investment Banking and Corporate Communication in Caboto, Intesa Group; Head of Investment Banking (Securitization, Structured Finance, M&A, Capital Market Origination) and Corporate Communications in Abaxbank, Credito Emiliano Group; CEO of Comoi Corporate Finance , the advisory arm of Comoi, a Suisse group engaged in Asset Management, Risk Management and Corporate Finance; Partner in Santalessandro, a Corporate Finance Advisor specialized in Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality; Head of Finance and Strategic Advisory in Warrant Group, an advisory company specialized in Corporate Finance, Soft Financing, Offshoring and Internationalization, and Technology Transfer. Mauro is fluent in English, his native language is Italian.



Livio Cademartori

Livio has a background as both an entrepreneur and seasoned corporate finance professional. He began his professional career within his family's business in the dairy sector and then went onto found and develop a number of different industrial enterprises in Italy and abroad. In 2009, he became a partner within a UK financial institution – Intrust Corporate Finance plc, regulated by FCA – with responsibility over Southern European markets in the food, fashion and energy sectors. During his career, he has carried out numerous M&A transactions, debt restructurings and has been an advisor in bankruptcy procedures for publicly owned companies. He is a member of the young entrepreneurs group of Assolombarda and has been a member of its finance and innovation commissions. Before joining Translink he carried out corporate finance activity as Chairman of BCR Consulenti Associati, a corporate finance boutique he help found in 2012.



Matteo Paggi

Matteo Paggi is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, transaction services and auditing. Matteo began his career in the Milan Office of KPMG where he progressed with increasing levels of responsibility performing audit activities in the Financial Services sector. Subsequently, within KPMG’s Transaction Services division, he carried out transaction and due diligence activities. From 2007 to 2010, he joined MIT.FIN (a Milan-based investment banking boutique), where he advanced to the position of Head its Execution Team and followed several M&A transactions in domestic and foreign markets. From 2010 to 2011 he held the position of Head of Execution in Fante (a Milan-based investment banking company). In 2013 he became CEO/CFO of an Italian company providing printing services. In 2016, Matteo once again joined Translink Strempel as Associate Partner. Matteo graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and he can conduct business in his native Italian as well as English and French.



Alberto Rolla

Alberto has extensive experience in the field of corporate finance with years of experience in both equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as an equity analyst and proceeded to work for Milla & Co (predecessor of Banca Leonardo), Caboto and for Pasfin Securities, then sold to BNP Paribas. For BNPP he was a member of the equity research team for the automotive, telecom and media sectors, reaching the rank as best Italian telecom analyst in 2000 (Extel). The same year BNPP appointed him head of Italian TMT corporate finance. In 2003 he joined Abaxbank (owned by Credito Emiliano) where he led the first round of restructuring. In 2005 he was appointed head of M&A of FMM (which then became Fante Group). In 2009 he participated to the startup of Hammer Partners, an independent research company catering to European hedge funds. Before joining Translink he carried out corporate finance activity as CEO of BCR Consulenti Associati, a corporate finance boutique he help found in 2012.



Sabina Grisorio

Sabina Grisorio gained extensive international Finance experience across Europe, the Middle-East, Africa and South East Asia in different industries: consumer goods, ICT and chemical. She started her career in 3M and subsequently moved to Digital Equipment Corporation and Kraft Foods. In these companies she covered roles with increasing responsibilities in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Internal Audit, Internal Controls and Corporate Governance, in both Italy and abroad. In Digital Equipment Corporation and Kraft Foods, Sabina participated in M&A and divestments activities, restructuring, information systems and organizational changes. From 2002 to 2009 Sabina held the positions of Director of Internal Controls and subsequently Director of Corporate Governance for Kraft Foods with a responsibility of Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, based in Vienna. Sabina holds a Bachelor Degree, with Distinction, in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan-Italy) and she can conduct business in her native Italian as well as English.



Alberto Moroni

Alberto has an extensive background in banking having worked for more than 30 years within the leasing operations of some of Italy's leading financial institutions such as the Cariplo Group (now Banca Intesa), Pirelli, Antonveneta (now Monte dei Paschi di Siena), Bank Popolare Commercio e Industria (now UBI Group) and the BPER Group - Banca Popolare Emilia Romagna. In the course of his career, he held senior roles and management positions of increasing responsibility and in 1992 was appointed as the General Manager of ABF Leasing (BPER Group). He headed this company until the end of 2015 during which time it became one of the most important players of the sector. Alberto was active within Assilea (the Italian association of leasing companies), from 2001 to 2010 he held the position of Chairman of the Real Estate committee, and from 2010 to 2015 was a member of the audit committee.



Giovanni Galli

Giovanni Galli is active as an Associate Director with Translink Strempel & Company. He is a graduate in Finance from Bocconi University of Milan and is fluent in both English and his native Italian.



Pierluigi Pauciulo

Pierluigi is active as an Analyst with Translink. He is completing his final year for a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University of Milan, the same university from which he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management. Pierluigi is fluent in both English and Italian.


Riccardo Diomedi

Riccardo is active as an Analyst with Translink. He is completing his final year for a Master’s degree in Accounting financial management and control from Bocconi University of Milan, the same university from which he earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance. Riccardo is fluent in both English and Italian.


Isacco Chiari

Isacco is active as an Analyst with Translink Strempel & Co. He is graduated in Administration, Financial management and Control at Bocconi University and is fluent both in Italian and English.


Massimo Bianchi

Massimo Bianchi has over 30 years of experience in executive and financial management having held CEO and COO roles for companies of varying sizes active in diverse sectors. Massimo’s professional career began within the Italian subsidiaries of leading multinationals such as Continental Oil Company (CONOCO) and Grace. Massimo was later to apply his Anglo-Saxon foundation within Italian companies such as Gaggia SpA (coffee making machines) where he was the Chief Operating Officer for 10 years, after having been its Chief Administrative Officer. His financial advisory experience includes having directly participated in corporate restructurings, start-ups and leveraged buyouts. Massimo also has sector expertise within telecoms, IT and services and serves as a director with a holding company active in plastics, machinery and real estate. Massimo is able to conduct business in his native Italian as well as English and French.



Mauro Caimi

Mauro has gained a significant business experience in the pharmaceutical sectors OTC and FMCG. In his career he has held various positions in Marketing and Sales (Sales Director) in multinational companies, operating at national and international level. In 2004 he assumed the role of CEO of a major company Pharmaceuticals OTC and FMCG to Italy and Greece, and in 2010 took over the SVP and General Manager for all the countries of southern Europe. Throughout his career he has gained significant experience in Marketing, serving as MD Sales and Finance and working on international projects. He served on the Board of Pharmaceutical and OTC companies. From January 2016 he joined Translink team as Senior Advisor.



Fabio Pastori

Fabio developed an extensive experience in Strategic Analysis, Business Development, Marketing and Finance during more than 30 years in multinational companies. From 2001 to 2011 he served as CFO of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare for Italy and Greece and he expanded his responsibility to the whole Southern European business since January 2012 until September 2016. In this period he was actively involved in a number of mergers and product disposals/acquisitions in the areas of Pharmaceuticals, OTC and Cosmetics. From June 2011 till September 2016 Fabio was also member of the Board of Cosmetica Italia, the Italian Association of Cosmetics Industries, covering the role of Treasurer of the association in the last two years. Fabio graduated in Business Administration at the Bocconi University and he is fluent in Italian and English.



Dal 2017 é Analyst in Translink. Pierluigi frequenta lultimo anno dell'MSc in Finance presso l'Università Bocconi di Milano; nello stesso ateneo ha conseguito la laurea triennale in Economia aziendale e Management. É in grado di svolgere la propria attività in italiano e in inglese.
